We’re excited to share some snazzy new updates to our Paycare Policyholders’ MyPaycare homepage! Following our Consumer Duty project and the launch of our *new look* Policy Documents – which received the ‘Clear and Simple’ Mark and Fairer Finance Accreditation, we’ve added some new features to the MyPaycare homepage, to further enhance our customers experience and improve access to additional services.
So, what changes will I see?
Firstly, for those who love to log into your MyPaycare area via mobile, we’ve made the customer journey even easier and added a QR code to support alternative device log in on the main log in page. Policyholders can simply log in through a mobile device by pointing it at the QR code, then clicking the link that appears.
*NEW* MyPaycare homepage features
Our homepage has been updated with active buttons to direct our Policyholders to useful places to access key information. Policyholders now have direct access to our Health Tips Blog page from within the portal – meaning you can find useful tips, stats and information across a variety of health topics to further support your wellbeing.
Paycare Perks have partnered with Health Assured, to bring Paycare Policyholders a trusted and comprehensive wellbeing app called Wisdom. The app shares wellness tools and resources and is designed to improve your mental and physical health by using interactive features, health trackers, and personal metrics to help achieve your goals. You can access this fantastic app direct from your MyPaycare homepage too!
Our Policyholders also now have direct access to our Paycare 150 webpage, so you can keep on track of all the fun activities the team are up to within our community as part of our milestone year! Keep your eyes peeled too… as we have some VERY exciting announcements coming soon!
Our NEW Policyholder Hub Page!
Another exciting new feature is our NEW Policyholder Hub page – which can only be accessed via the MyPaycare homepage, making it exclusive for our Policyholders. Further information about Paycare’s new look documents can also be accessed via this page, which also provides tips and support for Policyholders to help you understand your policy.
Useful tools include:
- Tips for using your plan and claiming online
- Key features of your *new look* Policy Documents
- Check to see if your practitioner is registered
- The opportunity to share feedback (we’d love to hear your thoughts!)
- Direct access to our dedicated Policyholder FAQs page
- Direct access to our blog – including Paycare News, Community Updates and Health and Wellbeing Tips
Updated Information
We want to ensure our Policyholder information is as up to date as possible so we can support you in the best way we can. For those who we may have missing details for, a notification will now appear in the relevant MyPaycare details tab, where there is missing *optional* information. This will make it much easier for our team in supporting you with any queries you may have.
