Marketing Co-ordinator

Due to on-going growth of the business, Paycare has a vacancy for an experienced and pro-active Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Campaign Management:

  • Delivering really engaging marketing campaigns in line with our forward-thinking marketing strategy
  • Confidently managing campaign timelines from start to finish, keeping an eye on the numbers to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Briefing our fantastic Design Agency and fabulous PR Agency with project requirements to bring the full marketing picture together
  • Providing a fresh, creative input in our varied marketing campaign creation
  • Pro-actively providing comprehensive reporting on campaign outcomes and giving your own suggestions for exciting improvements
  • Supporting with the organisation of internal and external events and exhibitions

Digital Marketing:

  • Creating and updating marketing segments and lists within Microsoft Dynamics to build targeted marketing pathways
  • Reporting on open rates and providing suggested improvements to drive further customer engagement
  • Devising and editing stand-out content for our social media platforms, exploring the benefits of sponsored posts and targeted ads
  • Interacting with policyholders, customers and partners to promote brand awareness across our social media platforms
  • Updating website content, and monitoring website traffic and lead generation in a clear and visual way
  • Creating exciting and informative internal marketing communications to share with the Paycare team


  • Creating and updating marketing segments and lists within Microsoft Dynamics to build targeted marketing pathways
  • Monitoring automated marketing campaigns to ensure they are encouraging positive customer engagement and building on lead generation
  • Capturing new business enquiries and assigning to the relevant marketing campaign and/or channel

  • Better ways to do things, we are forward thinking and happy to try weird and wonderful new ideas!
  • New channels we can be exploring to expand our customer engagement, lead generation and brand awareness
  • Your own development, we are keen to support progression and future training

About you

We’re looking for someone with some experience of working in a marketing role, whether in-house or in an agency environment. But most importantly, we want someone who shares our values and really sees the benefits of working for a business like Paycare.

You should be enthusiastic, organised, pro-active and not afraid to put your own ideas forward in team discussions. You must have worked in a similar role for at least a year with experience of project co-ordination, as you will be expected to manage a varied workload across a range of campaigns which are aimed at a number of different audiences. Some commercial awareness will be an advantage, as the campaigns you will be working on will be expected to deliver new business enquiries (There is a dedicated business development team who are responsible for converting the leads provided by the marketing department)

  • Flexible working hours between 8.30am and 5.00pm (35 hour contract
  • 22 days holiday + statutory (rising by 1 day per year to 25 days)
