What do the plans cover?

The cover varies by plan, but includes treatments such as:

We’re proud to keep our Policyholders smiling with cover that includes regular check-ups, fillings, x-rays, and specialist orthodontist treatment.

Whether you have 20:20 vision (and want to keep it that way) or you’re after the latest pair of designer glasses, with a Paycare Health Cash Plan you can claim back for regular eye tests, prescription lenses, contact lenses, and even laser eye surgery!

Whether you have longer-term problems such as arthritis or temporary conditions such as verrucas (or simply want to keep your toes in tip-top condition), chiropody can help give your feet a treat!

Health Screening

Make sure you remain in tip top health, and that any signs of problems are identified early with an all over health screen.

Covering all sorts of treatments, including muscle or joint manipulation, physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function, as well as helping to minimise risk of injury or illness in the future.

This form of treatment is all about the moving, stretching, and massaging of a person’s muscles and joints to ensure every part of an individual’s body works beautifully together, and can treat a range of issues such as neck pain, sports injuries, and arthritis.

This is all about the spine, and making sure that your bones, muscles and joints are all in good working order! It’s also known for enhancing your overall health and wellbeing, and treating your body’s nervous system.

This traditional, complementary treatment essentially uses tiny needles in certain parts of the body to stimulate sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles, and can be used to treat a whole host of aches and pains – including migraines, joint pain, and even dental pain.

Reflexology is a holistic non-intrusive complementary health therapy and is suitable for individuals of all ages. Based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body, it’s often used for those of us who suffer common disorders, including headaches, migraines, sinus congestion and hormonal problems.

Good for you, good for the community

Paycare is a not for profit organisation, so you will also be helping to support a wide range of good causes!

How long do I have to claim?
Your benefit year runs 12 months from the initial start date and you have 13 weeks to submit your claim from the date you paid for your treatment, or from the date you were admitted to hospital.
How often can I make a claim?
You can claim as often as you like until you have used up your annual limit on each benefit.
Are children covered on the plan?
Yes, any dependents under the age of 18 and living at the same address are covered on the plan. The annual limit for each of the benefits is then shared between the policy holder and their dependant(s).
Does the plan limit where I can go for treatment?
No – you can continue to visit your usual practitioner. All that we ask is that the practitioner is covered by the standard industry regulations – a list of these accreditations can be found on our website.
