Kevin Rogers ACMA CGMA (Executive Director)
Kevin joined Paycare as Operations Director in 2009. Kevin started his career at Tarmac in Wolverhampton and subsequently held senior finance positions in manufacturing companies prior to joining Paycare. He is a qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered institute of management accountants. He was appointed Chief executive in April 2013.
Anthony Burns (Commercial Director)
A highly experienced sales professional, Anthony has been part of Paycare’s senior management team since July 2013, having initially been responsible for leading the organisation’s sales and marketing operations. Appointed Commercial Director in April 2017, Anthony’s principal passion lies in helping Paycare’s Policyholders improve their overall quality of life through providing access to cost-effective health and wellbeing solutions.
Anthony is committed to working alongside fellow Board Members and the wider team to ensure that, as a not-for-profit organisation, Paycare continues to reinvest the money received through Policyholders’ premiums back into improving the products and services it provides, as well as helping the communities it serves – both now and in the future.
Dennis Whitmore (Chairman)
Dennis joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in December 2004. He was appointed as Chair in May 2007 and held that position until April 2012.Dennis was appointed chair of the Risk and Audit committee in February 2013. A qualified accountant, Dennis has recently retired as Financial Director at Clamason Industries Ltd in Kingswinford, a position he held from 1996.
Donald McIntosh (Non-Executive Director)
Donald joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2006. Working as Executive Director of Community Regeneration Partnership Ltd in Birmingham, he has held a number of Non-Executive positions which included being a Member of the West Midlands Strategic Health Authority and a Lay member for the Employment Tribunal Service.
Donald is also involved in a number of other not-for-profit and charitable organisations in the local area. He has been a Paycare policyholder since 1997.He was appointed Chair of Paycare main board in May 2012 and Chair of the Nominations committee in February 2013.
Jezz Gobran (Non-Executive Director)
As Managing Director of i-Secured, Jezz is passionate about supporting clients in identifying the information security risks within their own businesses, and ensuring they remain fully compliant with data protection requirements.
Jezz has spent many years in senior level positions across a wealth of business sectors, starting in information security and data protection over a decade ago. Joining as a Non-Executive Director in July 2017, Jezz advises the Paycare Board on all areas of information governance and compliance, with his extensive experience within the field supporting the organisation in its continued success.
James Knight (Non-Executive Director)
Since 2002, James has been a Partner at leading regional law firm, FBC Manby Bowdler, and is a commercial solicitor by training. He founded and continues to operate the Hub.Legal network of over 130 law firms, which offers expert advice and guidance on services, legal training, and a range of other support to smaller legal teams – expertise which can otherwise be difficult for them to access. Joining the Board in February 2016, James’ involvement will see him share his expertise in employee engagement and contribute to Paycare’s clear direction and strategy for success.

When you call Paycare you are not connected to a remote call centre – you speak to dedicated people who understand and care about the company.

Our senior management team ensures everything runs smoothly here at Paycare, they are dedicated to helping our Policyholders improve their overall quality of life through providing access to cost-effective health and wellbeing solutions.

Guardians of the Policy
Our Policy Administration team work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our policies up to date, making changes to group schemes, adding new policyholders and producing all group invoices they’ve really got their work cut out. You won’t ever see them complaining though!
The Dream Team
With a diary full of customer visits, on-site Health and Wellbeing days, Exhibitions or simply speaking to our customers over the phone, the Marketing and Business Development team help to keep our customers happy, healthy and productive by showing them how to get the best out of their plans.
Whether it’s checking receipts, processing claims or making payments back to our policyholders, the Claims team are always working hard to keep our policyholders happy. In fact, they’re so good at it that over 87% of our claims are processed in just 48 hours.
The A Team
Our Finance team works closely with all departments to ensure our customers are supported with all of their financial transactions. They prepare monthly accounts for the management team, whilst ensuring that everyday banking requirements are in-check and processed. They’re a real whizz with a calculator!
Inquisitors of the Realm
As mysterious as their name suggests, our Business Analyst and Business Manager delve into the unknown; examining our business data and providing efficiencies, they keep the business running smoothly and are continuously looking to make improvements which will support our customers now and in the future.
