We understand that from time to time you might need a little extra support, our Confidential Telephone Counselling Service allows you to speak to a qualified counsellor when you need it the most.

Get advice on a wide range of topics including everything from dealing with depression, stress and anxiety, to alcohol and drug abuse, family or relationship issues and even legal or tax advice.

Unlimited calls with the option of counselling

You can make unlimited calls to our telephone support line. And what’s more, if required, we will also cover the cost of up to 6 face to face counselling sessions, to help get you back on track.
