The Paycare team is delighted to welcome to new Non-Executive Directors to our Board.
We’ve recently appointed two highly experienced individuals, Milkinder Jaspal and Sajida Carr, to join our Board of Directors – who each bring with them diverse experience across governance, compliance, project delivery and performance.
Kevin Rogers, CEO of Paycare, explained: “We’re absolutely delighted that both Milkinder and Sajida have accepted their invitations to join our Board. The calibre of skills and experience that they bring will complement that of our existing board extremely well, and places us in great stead to continue our future development of Paycare for the benefit of our core stakeholders.”
The appointment strengthens our strategic aims of enhancing the health and wellbeing of our policyholders across the West Midlands and beyond, as well as our continued support of the local communities we serve.
As the former Mayor of Wolverhampton, Milkinder Jaspal, has vast experience in management and governance across both the private and public sectors, including NHS hospitals, educational institutions, not-for-profit organisations and GP surgeries.
While Sajida, Director of Operations and Development for Creative Black Country, brings with her substantial experience of working across culture, heritage and the arts, delivering and overseeing programmes, and building strategic links with partner organisations across all sectors.
Sajida Carr said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the board of Paycare and to be bringing my skills to an organisation that is so closely aligned with my own values and ethics, and I’m very much looking forward to working alongside the team, and its board, in the months and years to come.”
Milkinder Jaspal added: “Paycare as an organisation is so well-respected across the local communities because of its history, its mission to deliver positive change, and give back to society, and I’m pleased to be playing a role alongside the team in helping to shape its future.”
