Policy administration
Our Policy Admin team provides everything our policyholders need whilst with Paycare, from helping to keep our policyholders’ information up-to-date, making any changes to policies as requested, and ensuring help is provided where needed.
Customer services
Our lovely customer service team,the first point of contact at Paycare. On-hand ready to answer any queries or questions you may have, or promptly direct you to the right person and department should you need additional support.
Marketing & Business Development
We help our corporate clients to communicate their health and wellbeing plans throughout their business, increase brand awareness and handle all public relations. Our Corporate Account Managers look after all of our corporate accounts to ensure that our policyholders get the most from their employer-paid and employee-paid policies to ensure happy and productive teams.
Claims team
We work hard to process all claims we receive here at Paycare as quickly as possible to ensure that our policyholders get their money back for any appointments, everyday health costs and processed swiftly. In fact, 87% of claims are processes within 48 hours thanks to them and the finance team!
Finance
Our finance team works closely with all departments to ensure our customers are supported with all of their financial transactions. They prepare monthly accounts for management whilst ensuring everyday banking requirements are in-check and reconciled.
