Preston Innovations is an angling product specialist manufacturer and supplier – and when the team was looking to swap their Health Cash Plan (HCP) provider, they felt Paycare was the obvious choice.
Donna Jones from the company, which has its headquarters in Shropshire but operates across the UK, said she felt Paycare had much more to offer in terms of their Plans and their customer service than other providers.
Preston Innovations employs around 80 staff across their offices and warehouses, all of whom now enjoy the range of physical, mental, financial and emotional health services included within their HCP, having signed up at the start of 2020.

“We get great feedback from the staff, and it’s fantastic to have regular newsletters, posters and other information coming through which we can use to highlight parts of the Plan such as the EAP.
“Another reason I was drawn to Paycare was because they’re a not-for-profit organisation. I’d definitely recommend a HCP to anyone considering it, and Paycare is definitely the right choice for us. I wouldn’t use anybody else now.”
