We’re hugely excited to be working with our dedicated HR Partner Seymour John, to deliver a free workshop as part of the county-wide Black Country Business Festival in May.
The interactive workshop, called a Great Place to Work, will take place on Tuesday 1st May from 1:30pm – 4:00pm at the Light House within The Chubb Buildings in Wolverhampton. The event is open to all businesses looking to create a work environment which motivates, inspires and encourages teams, as well as practical steps to a happy workforce that they can implement straight away.
Kevin Rogers, CEO of Paycare, explained: “We’re thrilled to have developed a fun and engaging programme focused on sharing practical advice and guidance with employers and those responsible for teams, and we’d urge as many people as possible to come along and learn about the latest trends in employee engagement and the many tactics that they can introduce into their workplaces.
“SMEs are such a vital part of our economy and due to the very nature of our own business, we know that many of them are looking outside the usual recognitions of pay increases with benefits that have a high perceived value to their teams, are cost-effective for employers, and which most importantly keeps the best people on board and attracts new fresh talent.”
It’s free to attend, so if you’re interested in coming along, you can pre-register your space via the Black Country Business Festival website.
“The event is going to get you enthused and empowered to make your business a great place to work, and to build an effective working environment where your teams can, and will, flourish!”
The Great Place to Work event will cover reward and recognition, effective communication, innovation and creativity, employee wellbeing, as well as provide an Employee Engagement Toolkit to take away.
