People really are at the heart of everything we do, and in order to provide the best service level possible to our own clients, we have to start with our own team. And it’s really important to us that we try new things in order to identify what makes our people happy and healthy.
It’s all about equality and ensuring that each of our employees feel their own sense of purpose at work. And that’s why we partner with various organisations with the same belief systems and values as us, and why we engage in a whole host of team activities – from jumping around in the office, to undertaking yoga sessions and happiness workshops – every single one of the team gets involved, no matter the position or seniority.
Our desire to promote from within where possible was also a key factor in our shortlisting, with former apprentice George Conlan learning the ropes of business first-hand from our management team and taking on a full-time role with us – where he’s now thriving, and where he was recently nominated for the Rising Star award through The Ladder.
We’re very much looking forward to the awards ceremony on 16th June and want to congratulate all of the firms who made it through to the finals. Even if we don’t pick up the top gong on the night, it’s still a cause for celebration to have been recognised in this way. Wish us luck!
