The team here at Paycare are ecstatic after being shortlisted in not just one, but two, categories in the Express & Star Business Awards 2018!

We’ve been selected as a finalist in both the Growth & Innovation and Community Champion categories, with judges recognising our positive development strategy to enhance Policyholder services, our ability to develop, design and implement new ideas, products and services, as well as our continued drive to give back to the communities we proudly serve.

The awards will take place on Thursday 7th June at the Wolverhampton Racecourse and will celebrate and recognise the best of the region’s businesses across a total of 11 categories.

“We’re absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted twice in this year’s awards,” explained Kevin Rogers, CEO of Paycare. “Being recognised in the Growth & Innovation category is a real testament to our team’s hard work over the last 12 months in particular, which has seen us enhance existing services and launch brand new products and partnerships, including Paycare Perks, our exclusive online platform which gives our Policyholders access to hundreds of discounts on everyday purchases.”

Our continued commitment to giving back was also recognised within both categories, an example of which was evidenced through our team being provided with an additional two day’s fully-paid holiday each year for the sole purpose of volunteering, taking part in events to raise funds, or donating their time to worthy causes. In fact, as a not-for-profit business itself, Paycare has to date donated more than £2.2million to UK-wide charities and initiatives!
