FAQs

Can I set up a payment via Payroll Deduct?

Yes! This is the fastest and most simple way of paying for your Paycare Plan. Once it’s set up you don’t need to think about it again.

Are dependent children covered?
Yes, dependant children are automatically covered when you set up a plan with us. What’s more, they share your benefit allowance so it’s easy to keep track of you balance when you make a claim.
Can I add cover for a partner or family member?
Yes, you can add friends or family members to your Paycare Plan really easily. Simply fill out the application form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is there a waiting period before I can make a claim?
No! You can start claiming on your plan as soon as you receive your policy documents. If you provide us with an email address, you’ll get them through even quicker!
Are pre-existing conditions covered?
Unfortunately, not. You’ll need to let us know of any pre-existing conditions when you take out cover and you won’t be able to claim against associated treatments for the first 2 years.
Will I be tied into a contract?
No –all that we ask is that you give 30 days’ notice when cancelling your policy. If you choose to cancel at the end of your benefit year, we may cancel the policy sooner before entering into a new benefit year.
