Paycare’s Got Christmas All Wrapped Up Across the City and Beyond🎄
The countdown to Christmas has officially begun, and Wolverhampton is about to be transformed into a winter wonderland of twinkling lights, festive cheer, and unforgettable moments. We’re thrilled to announce that Paycare is once again the headline sponsor of the city’s spectacular Christmas celebrations!
From lights switch-ons to craft markets, live entertainment, and the return of the breathtaking 3D projection show, this year’s festivities are set to be bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever! 🎄✨

✨ Let the Festivities Begin!
The fun kicks off on Saturday 22nd November in Queen Square, where families can enjoy:
- A giant snow globe
- Face painting
- A funfair
- Delicious food and drink
- And a full afternoon of live performances!
Expect festive hits from Bilston Operatic Company and international swing sensation Andrew Bourn, plus a visit from a beloved children’s character. The grand finale? The Christmas lights switch-on at 6pm, led by the Mayor of Wolverhampton and Father Christmas himself!

Each event features local artists, festive fun, and appearances from the Mayor and Santa, plus Wolverhampton’s own Dicky Dodd bringing the Christmas vibes!

🌟 Lights in the Night Returns!
Back by popular demand, the 3D projection show at St Peter’s Church will dazzle audiences on 28th and 29th November. Watch the city’s rich history come to life in stunning light animations, from running wolves to exploding locks, every five minutes between 6pm and 9pm.
