If I take out a Paycare policy, how long does cover last?
There is no limit. You can stay with us for as long as cover is required and the beneficiary is under 25 years old. Each Paycare Go policy covers one named individual.
How quickly are claims paid?
We aim to issue payment, for a valid claim, within 48 hours of receiving the claim form. We pay refunds directly into a bank or building society account so you're never out of pocket for long.
Who can take out a Paycare Go plan?
Any young adult, family member or friend can take out a plan. Paycare Go makes a worthwhile gift for Birthdays or Christmas and brings great peace of mind to the purchaser? knowing that the young adult concerned can get access to healthcare whenever they need it, not just when they can afford it.
What happens when I reach 25?
We can transfer you to our Paycare Direct Plan. We will contact you at least one month beforehand.
