How often can I make a claim?
You can claim as often as you like until you have used up your annual limit on each benefit.
At what premium level should I join Paycare?
Take a look at the Benefits Table and decide which level will meet your needs and your personal budget.
How quickly are claims paid?
We aim to issue payment for a valid claim within 48 hours of receiving the claim form, directly into your bank / building society account.
Can I add a partner to the policy?
Paycare Direct is for individual cover only. If you need cover for more than one person try our Paycare Family policy. It covers up to 2 adults and any number of dependant children living at the same address.
