We aim to pay all valid claims within 48 hours of receiving the claim form, directly into your bank / building society account.

Will the policy cover children from a previous relationship?
Paycare Family covers any number of dependant children. The only stipulation is that they must be under 18, live at the same address as the policyholder and it must be their main residence.
Why should I have Paycare Family, isn't healthcare free for children anyway?
Almost all of it is free. However professional therapists and specialists often have long waiting times for NHS treatment. But, with a Paycare Family policy, as soon your child needs treatment you will be able to pay and reclaim the money quickly - no delay and no distress.
Coping with family problems can be difficult, can Paycare help?
Policyholders get free access to the Paycare Counselling & Help Line - available 24 hours a day. Qualified counsellors provide support and practical help in dealing with stressful situations, including bereavement, alcohol or drug abuse and family problems. If, after telephone counselling, the counsellor decides that you need additional support, we will pay for up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions.
