How to Claim



Making a claim, and recovering the costs of healthcare, is easy.

The most important thing to remember is to ensure that you obtain the original receipts for any qualifying treatment for which you, or your family (if applicable), have paid. These receipts must be sent to us, along with a completed and signed claim form.

Paycare aim to repay valid claims within 48 hours of receiving them, directly into your Bank or Building Society account. We do this to save time, so please ensure that you follow the key steps below to avoid any delay.

The claims procedure is simple:
  • STEP 1: Access the onscreen Claim Form.
  • STEP 2: Fill in all the relevant sections carefully. Please note, missing information may delay the settlement of your claim.
  • STEP 3: Print and sign the form - this is important. We cannot deal with your claim without your signature.
  • STEP 4: Send your completed and signed Claim Form and original receipt(s) to:
