This statement discloses the privacy policy of the Paycare website.
When you visit this site you can expect to be notified of:
The nature of the personal information Paycare or its representatives will collect from you or from other sources;

PAYCARE SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY NOTICE
(1) Information Collected
As a Subscriber to Paycare, we will collect certain information from you such as your name, address, policy number (if relevant) and demographic data. Paycare collects such information from the Subscriber when he or she enters it on the Paycare's web site. The totality of the information collected is stored in a Subscriber's Data Record.
Paycare may record your selections (such as choices of hyperlinks and other mouse clicks). This would provide Paycare with an audit trail of consumer interests. Paycare could use this information to further define future enhancements to Paycare's products. Data security is addressed by Paycare and its representatives with the implementation of digital certificate technology. This creates a Paycare identity for the Subscriber User. Paycare is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
(2) Use of Information by Paycar

Paycare may use certain information in a Subscriber's Data Record and a Subscriber's particular selections to tailor information for delivery to the Subscriber. The purpose of this feature is to save the Subscriber time by providing information that is thought to be most relevant to him or her.
As a function of Paycare's computer operations, Paycare may make a backup copy of Data Records on secured computer files for the sole purpose of restoring quality service to Subscriber Users should computer equipment fail. Backup storage will be used only for operations and assisting consumer interface problems should they arise. In this connection, Paycare maintains confidentiality agreements with all Paycare employees and subcontractors.
(3) Corrections and Changes
You are entitled to have sight of the personal information Paycare hold on you provided you forward a request in writing to Paycare addressed to:
