About Us

Paycare exists to help individuals, families and businesses protect themselves against everyday healthcare costs and bills. Operating surpluses are reinvested in improving policyholder benefits and charitable donations.

About Us

Paycare has been a proud provider of peace of mind since 1874, when factory foremen first started collecting premiums to safeguard workers from doctor's bills. Our cover ensures that individuals, families, and businesses can protect themselves against unexpected and costly healthcare bills, and instead focus on staying fit and well.

And as a proud not-for-profit organisation we ensure that every spare penny is shared with charities, good causes, and local organisations who serve our members and our community. From sports teams like Wednesfield Ladies FC and Penn Cricket Club, to community youth initiatives like The Way, and accessible facilities such as the Wolverhampton Community Trust and the Disabled Supporters Lounge, we’re determined to make a positive difference.

With our members’ help, we’ve distributed over £2million to date and we look forward to sharing very much more in the months and years ahead.
